At Esencia Perfume, we understand that choosing a fragrance is a personal experience. As a small business, we take great care in every order we pack and send, and we ask that purchases are made thoughtfully.
Change of Mind & Scent Preference
Due to the personal nature of perfume and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or scent preference.
This includes situations where:

The fragrance is not what you expected

You no longer want the item

The scent does not suit your personal taste
Once a perfume has been purchased, it is considered final sale unless it is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchasing and reaching out to us if you need help choosing a scent — we’re always happy to assist.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or store credit if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If you believe your order has arrived with an issue, please contact us at
customerservice@esenciaperfume.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

Clear photos of the issue
Once assessed, we will offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

Store credit
Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us and we will follow it up.
