At Esencia Perfume, we know that finding your signature scent is personal. That’s why we offer a simple way to shop with confidence — even from your screen.
Not Sure About the Scent? Try the Sample Card First
For every full-size perfume order, we include a sample card of your selected scent. This allows you to test the fragrance before opening the full bottle.
If the scent isn’t quite what you expected, you may return the sealed bottle for a one-time exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The full-size bottle must remain unopened and unused

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

You will be responsible for the return postage
To arrange your exchange, email us at customerservice@esenciaperfume.com.au with your order number and we’ll walk you through it.
Returns & Exchanges – General Policy
Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used perfumes.
We also do not accept returns for change of mind if the product has been opened. You are responsible for the items you select at checkout.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at customerservice@esenciaperfume.com.au.
Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue.
We will offer one of the following:

A replacement, or
-
A refund or store credit, depending on the situation
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return or refund is approved, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time depending on your bank or payment provider.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at customerservice@esenciaperfume.com.au and we’ll follow it up for you.
