We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.


To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide us with proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Change of mind
We do not offer exchanges or refunds of items due to change of mind. This policy encompasses instances such as mistakenly selecting the wrong item during purchase, no longer requiring the product, or receiving the same item as a gift from another individual.

While we provide guidance on perfume selection, we cannot be held responsible if our advice influences your purchase and you are not satisfied. We strongly recommend that customers sample fragrances before buying to ensure complete satisfaction. We have sample size bottles available for purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
